Filters, reminders, calendar sync, collaborators and AI are on the paid plans.
Yes — projects, tasks, due dates and recurrence all come across. The importer is free on every plan, including Free, and it runs in the web app. We don't gate the way in.
Always, on every plan including Free. From the web app you can download everything as JSON or CSV straight away. From mobile you can request a JSON archive by email, once a day. We don't gate the exit.
Two-way, with Google Calendar and any CalDAV server — iCloud has a one-tap preset. Tasks with a date appear as events, and changes made in your calendar come back. Google updates arrive within seconds; CalDAV is polled every 15 minutes. Paid plans, from web or mobile.
Only the AI. Both give you the same 300 projects, 200 labels, 25 collaborators per project and 100 MB attachments. Pro + AI adds 100 AI actions a month on top.
One action is one AI request: parsing a quick-add line, suggesting a project while you triage, breaking a task into subtasks, prioritising a list, auto-scheduling your day, generating a plan, applying one, or pulling a task out of a forwarded email. Suggestions that appear automatically as you capture or triage count too.
Your data stays. You keep access to everything you've made and can export all of it at any time. Projects beyond the free plan's limit become read-only until you're back under it — you can still read, export, and delete, but not edit.
